Our client, Safeguard Business Systems, a well-established business specializing in business solutions and supplies, is recruiting for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Clerk to join their team at Tilbury Business Park in Delta. This is a full-time (40-hour work week) permanent position offering flexible work schedule, career advancement opportunities and competitive salary.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Using internally built Customer Management System, perform data entry, records maintenance, request tracking and processing.
  • Organize, coordinate, analyze and validate orders and provide reports on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales team.
  • Confer with customers to provide information about products and services, to take or enter orders, and to resolve issues.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries and comments.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' inquiries.
  • Contribute to effective communication with customers and within the office.
