Reporting to the Vice President, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage & build EC's managed IT service client base
  • You manage our existing clients, bring in new clients, and work with the team on our Business Development Strategy
  • Resolve conflicts by understanding the human being that we are working with, caring about their view, speaking with tact and professionalism, and owning the solution
  • Strengthen and grow all relationships with the people who are already our customers, partners, suppliers, and friends
  • Connect our company and our customers. We represent Express Computers with dignity, pride, courtesy, and respect
  • Develop quotes, manage your customers' projects, and work creatively within the necessary budgets to maximize both our clients' experience and Express Computers' success
  • Determine information system requirements and define project objectives. Quote complex IT projects in partnership with our technical team
  • Care about your clients and make sure they are receiving the best services for their needs through regular review of their services
  • Plan sales strategy with our team to generate leads and achieve our business targets
  • Visit customer on their premises, as needed, to maintain a positive relationship and increase sales
  • Keeps up to date on new products, services, procedures, and tools through ongoing learning, both self-lead and company lead
  • Represent EC at company events, trade shows, client meetings, conferences, and networking events, etc.

To be successful, you must:

  • Have 3 years of experience within a sales role
  • Have experience using CRM software ie. Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Have acquired new clients and understand the sales process
  • Can communicate with anyone, and everyone, in every way (Phone, email, in person, etc.)
  • Know how to use a computer like a champ. You know what MS Office is and you know how bend it to your will

What may set you apart from others?

  • You have technical sales experience
  • Are well versed in IT technology and can provide strategic direction to our clients and our team
  • Being fluid in another language
  • Understand computer networks, servers, workstations, laptops, MS applications, cloud computing, and all that stuff
  • You operated your own business at some point
