This is an opportunity for an IT student to gain professional experience in a 4-month co-op opportunity. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding incoming calls from clients who have technical issues
  • Triaging technical issues of varying complexities
  • Assisting the Service Delivery Team with identifying urgent and critical matters
  • Monitoring alerts from devices and ticketing dashboards
  • Providing hands-on support to IT Technicians as needed
  • Providing a high level of service to clients, being the first point of contact
  • Reviewing dashboards and alerts

  • Be able to make meaningful contributions to a team environment
  • Have a customer-centric mindset, always puts the customer first
  • Haven proven de-escalation skills

What may set you apart from others?

  • Completion of or currently enrolled in IT-related studies at a Post-Secondary Institution
  • At least 1 year of experience minimum in a customer-facing role
  • Seeking or have received industry certifications or exams such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, MS-900, MS-100, or AZ-900
  • A High School Diploma
